The estimated yardage for my Instant Crush sweater were way way off, and I'm left with an entirely untouched, perfect skein of Midoré on Yes, Suri Lace Base! Dyed, dried and ready to go, you can use this skein on its own, or held along side another colour or base for so many different projects!

Yes, Suri! Lace Base: Take your project to the next level of luxury with this gorgeous lace weight yarn base! Made up of 75% Brushed Baby Suri Alpaca, and 25% Mulberry Silk, each 50 gram skein comes with 328 yards of fluffy magic. This base can be somewhat of a wild card when it comes to dye recipe consistency, as is often the case with Alpaca blends, so please do not hesitate to reach out to me as I’m always happy to send ‘preview photos’ before shipping, just to make sure we get it right! Yes, Suri! is significantly softer than Mohair Halo and is a great choice for anyone who wants something less itchy for next to skin wear. This base has a bit more drape and creates a less stiff fabric than Mohair Halo. Fibres in this yarn base are sourced from South America. Hand wash only, lay flat to dry, and colour bleeding is quite typical for the first few washes, so swatching to test for colour transfer is recommended
