Ice Dyed Cotton Tote Bag

Ice dyeing has entered the studio here at Hidden Pond, and to say I’m obsessed with these project bags would be an understatement. 

By layering pre soaked Cotton Canvas Tote bags with ice and powdered reactive dye, the way the colours and hues swirl and dance together as they set into the fabric is nothing short of magic. These one of a kind bags cannot be replicated and are each uniquely stunning in their own way. 

Made from 100% organic cotton, with the added feature of a zipper closure, a small exterior pocket on the front, and sturdy black handles, these bags are perfect for storing your knitting projects, or for keeping your craft supplies organized. But truly, the opportunity to make use of these are endless! Even my kiddos have been loving these totes for their summer gear, like swimsuits and sunscreen. 

They're machine washable, and sturdy enough to hold up to heavy use. I would describe the cotton fabric itself as thick and structured, these totes are firm and will stand upright once you add your belongings to them. A generously sized bag, they measure 19 inches long, 14 inches deep, and 5 inches wide. You could easily keep a 8-10 skein sized project within this sized tote bag!

Machine washable, lay flat to dry, and pass a low heat iron to smooth out the wrinkles. They’re not only practical but super durable!
